Please note that we do not accept cheques or payments in foreign currencies.
2. Payment at the Time of Purchase
- Full payment is required at the time of purchase, whether you are paying by cash, credit card, or mobile payment.
- Items will only be released or shipped after full payment has been processed.
3. Payment Security
- We use secure payment gateways to process all credit card and mobile payment transactions. Your personal information, including payment details, is securely encrypted to ensure your privacy.
- For security reasons, we may ask for additional verification for certain high-value transactions.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds: If you are eligible for a refund, it will be issued to the original method of payment. If you paid by cash, the refund will be issued in cash.
- Exchanges: Exchanges are possible for items that meet our Return Policy guidelines. If the exchanged item is of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference.

5. Gift Cards
- We offer FynixGo Gift Cards which can be purchased in-store. Gift cards can be used for any merchandise available at our store and are available in various denominations.
- Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and are valid for one year from the date of issue.
6. Price Changes
- Prices are subject to change without notice. If there is a price discrepancy at the time of purchase, the price listed at the checkout will be honored.
- Discounts and promotions may not be combined unless otherwise stated.
7. Sales Tax
- All prices displayed in-store include applicable sales tax. There are no additional taxes or fees added to the price of your items at checkout.
8. Prepaid and Special Orders
- For special orders, custom-made items, or pre-ordered products, full payment is required at the time the order is placed. These items cannot be refunded unless defective or damaged.
9. Foreign Credit Cards
- If you are using a foreign credit card for payment, please note that your bank may charge additional foreign transaction fees or currency conversion charges. These are not included in the price of your purchase.
