At FynixGo, we want you to love every purchase you make. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we are here to assist you with returns and refunds, subject to the conditions outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • You must have the proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) to initiate a return.
  • Returns must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we are unable to accept returns.
  • Final sale items, including heavily discounted, promotional, or clearance items, are non-returnable and non-refundable.

2. How to Return an Item

  • Visit us in-store at 750 Nathan Road, Prince Edward, Hong Kong, with the item and proof of purchase.
  • Our team will inspect the item and process your return.
  • If the return is accepted, we can offer you a refund or exchange, depending on your preference and the item’s condition.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • If the original payment was made by cash, the refund will be processed in cash.
  • If the payment was made by credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing time.

4. Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition with tags attached.
  • If you wish to exchange an item for one of higher value, you will need to pay the price difference.
  • If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will offer a refund or a store credit.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival or purchase, please notify us immediately.
  • We will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund for defective or damaged items, provided that they are returned in original condition with proof of purchase.
  • Note: Claims for damaged or defective items must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Underwear, swimwear, and personal hygiene items (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items that have been worn, altered, or washed

7. Return Shipping

  • In-store returns: If you purchased the item in-store, returns must be made at the physical location at 750 Nathan Road, Prince Edward, Hong Kong.
  • Online purchases (if applicable): If you made a purchase online and wish to return an item, please contact us for guidance on how to return it by mail. Return shipping fees are at the customer’s expense unless the item is defective or damaged.

8. Store Credit

  • If you prefer not to receive a refund, we can offer a store credit in the form of a gift card, which can be used toward future purchases. Store credits are valid for one year from the date of issue.
